The energy transition needs you as IAM DevOps Engineer

As IAM DevOps Engineer, you are the go-to expert for everything related to identity and access management. You safeguard who gets access to what, across our internal systems and customer-facing platforms. You do this by combining deep technical knowledge with a hands-on, operational mindset. We are creating the energy grid of the future, for everyone, with everyone. And as IAM DevOps Engineer, you can play your part in this. Your role will involve:

• Providing Level 3 support for Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory, resolving complex issues and ensuring continuous service performance.

• Automating identity-related operations and workflows using PowerShell and other scripting tools

• Implementing and supporting IAM policies including Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, and role-based access controls.

• Operating and improving Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) platforms, ensuring seamless and secure user experiences.

• Collaborating within ITSM processes for incident, change, and problem management related to identity services.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize identity infrastructure and integrations with other enterprise systems.

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Entra ID Connect services

• Experience with FIDO2 authentication and hardware security keys is a plus

• Ability to write and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and operational tasks

• Good understanding of core Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts and practices

• Familiarity with Customer IAM (CIAM) platforms or willingness to learn

• Experience working with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Jira

• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and take responsibility for operational activities

Attractive salary and benefits package

Based on a 40-hour working week, you will receive:

• A gross monthly salary of € 4.580,61 to € 6.543,73 (scale 9)

• Annually an Individual Choice Budget (IKB) of 18% (full time) or 12.8% (part time) of your gross annual salary. This includes 5.2% ADV and 8% holiday allowance. You can have this budget paid out as extra salary or use it to purchase extra days off — you choose.

• 24.5 days' holiday per year, which can be topped up generously from your IKB.

• An end-of-year bonus of 6% of your annual salary in December.

• A sustainable employability (SE) budget of €700 per year. Choose a payment for a sport or hobby, to make your home more sustainable or to reduce your student loan debt with DUO. You decide how your budget is spent.

• An NS Business Card, so you can travel to work sustainably. Do you use your own transport? In that case you will receive a kilometre allowance.
